It's held up pretty well and when the motor broke, they were fast to have a repairman there. That being said, it's not the best quality furniture. Compare it to the old Levitts or Seamans furniture.

Within a few months it started to look warped and flaky in some spots. We ended up curbing all of the Bob's furniture when we moved, and replaced it it with cast-offs that have held up beautifully.

My Living room and dining room sets (about 7 years old) look as new as the day we bought it. Our sleeper sofa is 2 years old and it also looks like new. So far we have been very happy with Bob's furniture.

Paint started coming off the leather where the head is on every seat in under a year. Standard, goof proof, extended warranty. whatever its called, cover zilch. Never will I purchase from Bob's again.

We did very well at Suburban Furniture in Succasunna. We also bought something at Bob's in spite of the online reviews and I wish we had not made that purchase.
