The foam was laid out in a jig, sprayed with a contact cement (horrible to work with on a hot day, we would all get high from the fumes) then the laminate was laid on. Flipped it over and did the same with the aluminum skin.

Check the roof seams and windows above or near the peeling areas. If you haven't inspected the roof lately and recaulked seams, do so right away.

I first tried cutting the bubbles and flattening it out, but it looks worse, and I would rather just replace it.
