The Air 3 has serious input lag and the screen won’t move or when I type something out I have to wait a minute or so for it to start acting normal again. It’s many times slow to input words from keyboard.

Make sense since the new resource hog features (e.g. Stage Manager) are limited to the iPad Pros or M1. For those on older iPad models, there’s not much difference between iPadOS 15 and 16.

If you get an Air2 now, you could spend the next 3 months reading PDFs on it instead of wishing you had an iPad to read on.
