When is clean up. I lost my wallet and don't trust that they'll even try to find it.

I think they usually clean up right after the event. I'm not 100% sure; but I believe it is volunteers that clean up, and I would hope that someone would turn in any lost items.
Can you keep your vehicle in the parking lot overnight and get it the next day for Eve of Destruction? If I remember correctly, the parking lot is in a fenced in area, so wasn't sure if it would be accessible the next morning.
