If you are using a stock pot or crockpot, simmer your broth for 24-36 hours; if you are using an instant pot, I find 4 hours on high pressure works ... or 8 pint jars of bone broth.
You can also make bone broth in a slow cooker on High for the same cooking time. Strain the broth through a fine sieve, discarding the bones and vegetables, then leave to cool before chilling.
