If you are using a stock pot or crockpot, simmer your broth for 24-36 hours; if you are using an instant pot, I find 4 hours on high pressure works ... or 8 pint jars of bone broth.
Add the convenience and efficiency of a pressure cooker ... If you have leftover ham, or even a ham bone you can use that. Or go vegan and use oil and vegetable broth. It would be delicious both ways.
