Target is slashing prices on more than 2,000 items, marking the second time this year that the retailer cut customer costs as it attempts to attract inflation-weary shoppers ahead of the holiday shopping season.

The large retailer says it will offer season-long deals for consumers including a large collection of toys under $20.

Target is reducing prices on more than 2,000 items ranging from snacks to toys and cold medicine in an effort to attract bargain-hunting shoppers during the holiday season, the retailer said on Tuesday.

Target is dropping the prices of more than 2,000 items for the holiday season. The items range from a Bluey Fire Truck to Purina Tidy Cats Litter to a Magic Bullet Personal Blender Set, according to a news release from Target.

In an October 22 press release, Target announced they are slashing prices on more than 2,000 items for the second time this year.
