Property tax bills in the Houston area are on the rise, thanks to ever-increasing home valuations and Harris County leaders’ recent efforts to raise tax rates. One of those efforts – a 1.8-cent increase to the tax rate for the Harris County flood control district – will be on the ballot this November.

In the first two days of early voting in Harris County, more than 242K people came out to participate in the democratic process!

Harris County is paying for 63 out of 88 early polling stations, and 473 out of 612 Election Day-only locations that it plans to run on the big day.

Both campaigns are approaching Wisconsin differently as Trump and Harris try to lock in the critical battleground state.
