Two women were hurt when a car rear-ended another vehicle in slowing traffic during Thursday’s morning commute near Richland.

The First Judicial District Attorney's Office will decide whether charges should be filed against a Bernalillo County sheriff's deputy in a fatal crash in which he struck a vehicle he was pursuing.
