Put the strawberries and sugar in a mixie, add a bit of milk and roughly puree it for just a few seconds. 2. Now add the rest of the milk and start the mixing again for 15-20 seconds.
As soon as the funnel cake comes out of the hot oil, sprinkle it generously with the strawberry milkshake powder and get frying the next one. Serve hot.
