中药公司康缘药业因关联并购事项备受关注。康缘药业近日发布公告称，公司拟以自有资金2.7亿元收购控股股东旗下的江苏中新医药有限公司（简称“中新医药”）股权。据悉，目前中新医药4个创新药的6个临床批件均进入临床阶段，其中包括两条GLP-1药物管线。
