Simethicone 40mg/0.6mL; alcohol-free; orange flavor. <2yrs: 0.3mL. 2–12yrs: 0.6mL. ≥12yrs: 1.2mL. For all: 4 times a day after meals and at bedtime.

May mix with 1oz of cool water, infant formula, or other liquids. <2yrs (<24lbs): 0.3mL. ≥2yrs (>24lbs): 0.6mL. Repeat as needed after meals and at bedtime; max 6 doses/day.
