Lough Gill was exactly right to test the young ERBC crews of 13, 14 and 15-year-olds some of whom were experiencing competition for the first time.

The field for the Girls J115 quad scull event had eight entries but ERBC won well against crews from Belfast, Newry, and Dublin.
