A longtime friend of rock star Vince Neil is devastated after learning the pilot of Neil's jet died in the plane crash at Scottsdale Airport on Monday.

People who were evacuated from their homes southeast of Prescott because of the Brady Fire were allowed to return to their homes on Wednesday.
