One of Washington’s Birthday Celebration Associations' (WBCA) most highly anticipated events is set to return this weekend.

Georgefest in Eustis, Discover Leesburg, 4th Street Live, the Mount Dora Scottish Highland Festival and Bass Pro Tour are happening this weekend (yep, all that) plus jazz and country concerts.
